About SWAG
SWAG empowers girls through athletics, academics, leadership, and the arts — creating opportunities for growth, confidence, creativity, and long-term success.

Our Foundation
Every SWAG experience is rooted in four core areas designed to help girls grow into confident, creative, and empowered leaders.
01
Self-esteem is about how a girl sees herself, her confidence, voice, and belief in her abilities. Through mentorship, affirmations, and interactive activities, we help girls recognize their strengths, build courage, and walk proudly in who they are.
02
Self-worth goes deeper. It is about understanding that you are valuable, not because of what you do, but because of who you are. We teach girls that their worth is not measured by trophies, grades, or likes, but by their heart, purpose, and character.
03
Reflection allows each girl to pause, look inward, and learn from her experiences. It is where growth begins, understanding emotions, choices, and lessons that shape who she is becoming. Through guided discussions and mindfulness practices, reflection helps turn every moment into an opportunity for personal development.
04
Journaling is where thoughts find a voice. Writing encourages girls to process feelings, set goals, and celebrate their wins, big or small. It is a safe space for honesty, healing, and hope. Journaling builds the habit of checking in with oneself, nurturing mental clarity and self-compassion.
Why SWAG Matters
SWAG was created to give girls opportunities to grow in confidence, leadership, creativity, and self-worth. Through mentorship, athletics, academics, and the arts, we help young girls discover their voice, build community, and believe in their potential both inside and outside the classroom.
We believe empowerment is more than encouragement — it is access, opportunity, representation, and support. SWAG exists to help girls step into their future boldly, confidently, and unapologetically.
